What is the timeframe here?

You can order some wine from the BA Wine Club (1250 BA Miles), spend up on your Amex with the Double Miles partners eg Molton Brown, Liberty, Dunhill, do the Priority Club 1500 Bonus BA Miles for one stay, maybe combine your account with someone else's living at your address to create a household a/c (not sure if that works with Amex 2 for 1).

Any other suggestions?
