I have been curious about the new Hilton properties popping up in Portugal especially as the DoubleTree was the only available when I came here. This is in an in-between sort of area (Alcantāra) but really close to a few good tram stops and near a lot of embassies. If you go inward, there are some really good restaurants. Tiffin Cafe is nearby, if you're looking for vegetarian food. BLOOM wasn't bad as I recall, for brunch-y type things. There's a burger place near there, too, that should be good.
