I don't think it's complacency and general malaise. What happens at Four Seasons Seoul happens at other Four Seasons properties. The time has changed, and young workers want a different life themselves. They tend not to work in a service business where people are demanding, and they have to work extra. No one can't change the course of the future. People will get used to it, and the business will find other ways to thrive.

As for the house car, it's strange that the driver doesn't speak English since the house car at Four Seasons Seoul is semi exclusively for foreign tourists. That seems very odd indeed.
Yes, I thought so too. It was baffling really.

Being cocktail lovers, we were so enthusiastic about Charles H that we went there on the first night with a view to go there again before we left. However, after that night, neither my wife nor I had any inclination to go back. Thankfully, we found another bar in Seoul (Bar SookHee) which was miles better imo.
