With the 100,000 miles, you could effectively get 3 years of free UC membeship if the present 35,000 mile per year purchase continue -- you will get at least multiple years for free. Note this can be done the first year, so you out of pocket is $zero .. Some may believe the miles have more award redemption value than 1.5 cpm, but that sets a floor value.
