For a hub, especially an alledged gateway, it should be improved. I guess I'm use to so it doesn't bother me, but it is shame that Dulles can't make better improvements on the terminal.

I have to agree. I made my first trip to IAD (C&D), yesterday (got the last 4kEQM I needed for 1K) and I could not believe how dingy and cramped the place was! This is an airport that supports our Nation's Capitol?
And what is with the MP Visa sign-up people? There must have been half-a-dozen of them staring off into space. Please tell me they are getting paid on a commission basis. Otherwise, I see a possible cost-saving measure.
