If you're also carrying around an A9 with a 200-600 or 100-400, then I presume you're not afraid of heavier lenses. The Tamron 35-150 f/2-2.8 is a fantastic nearly all-in-one lens. Fast, sharp, a bit on the chunky side, but it's a really good lens. Couple it with something like a 20mm for wide ....'s or the 16-35 GM and it's a two lens solution for most needs. (Though I'm also not a professional so needs vary).
I carry that and the 16-35GM as my travel setup.
