You are lucky to get a very experienced agent and not a rookie who somehow booked us into PE then tried to do an “upgrade” thus created a mess - miles and $ deducted/charged, shown as “waitlisted” on CX, no show on AS. Tickets are never issued. Now waiting for the $ refunded to CC.
My feeling is, if it is not bookable online, one needs to be very careful when deciding to try agent assistance. Should hang up when agent sounded iffy.
