I would add that once you are searching on BA for long enough, it throws you out to make you go thru a Catcha. Unfortunately the Catcha box does not show up on my FF or Chrome browser. The only way for me to continue is to log out and log back in. QF’s issue is you cannot limit the search to only J seats even you choose so. It will still display all seats on the date there is a J seat shows up. So far seems only DXB to HKG is constantly has J seats. Everything else I only found one day in Sept from BOS (BA also shows) but AS does not.

Even only phantom seats are cleared out would be an improvement over current dysfunctional website.

The failed manual booking made by a phone agent on 12/27 saw the taxes and fees posted on 12/30 on my Chase card. The refund of the cancellation within 24 hrs of the initial booking has not shown on CC yet.

Tickets are never issued on this manually booking. In fact the PNR is not recognized by AS when I tried to Add Booking function. It never shows up in Trips.

When agent verified with International Partner Desk that there was no seat (hence no ticket?), she proceeded to cancel the reservation. Mikes returned to account immediately.
