My point is more generic - the hysteria on this thread about the ‘disaster’ that is supposedly the Chelsea is not something I recognise having visited twice so far. I realise I am in the minority and yes I have visited the best lounges in the world (QR F in Doha, QF F in Sydney, QF F in Lax etc) so think I have a fair representation to compare it with - I am also in tue London CCR twice a month at a minimum.
I am not for one minute saying it is as good as a couple of those but my personal opinion is that is not as bad as people make out here!

Haven't been there yet, but it's good to hear that you had a more positive experience.
We have the pleasure of the lounge in a couple days, subject to being allowed in there, of course.Looking forward to it now. I know..........I'm pretty boring.... 🙂
Hard product wise, i I like a bar to sit at, (not a great fan of center/circle bars though), but a bar to 'sit at' was one thing CCR at jfk was missing.
Not keen on bright lighting that has been reported, doesn't help create a relaxing mood.
