Well it was a long time since I had the last one, I even started to think they finally had their IT in control..... So I called the Platinum hotline today, after all I should still be Platinum with the soft landing. However the agent explained to me that it was normal that I was gold, as I did not reach enough points or nights. I explained the concept of soft landing to him and even read him the help section text. After three attempts, he finally told me that he will check internally and send an email to me with the answer. Nothing received yet
