What makes you think we are disagreeing here?

In one of my earlier posts, I precisely mentioned that to me, most disappointing lounges are so due to overcrowding and what is incredible with Chelsea is that it is, precisely, not pleasant to be in despite not being crowded.
A crowded lounge is always stressful, but when the crowds are not the problem (and in my Chelsea experiences, they certainly were not - it was well under 25% full the two times I was there and almost empty some of the time), it is usually the design which does something wrong.
