I bought an aer lingus reward flight from London to Ireland on Avios.com. According to aer lingus website:

"A 20kg bag and a 10kg carry-on bag are included on Avios reward flights, but it is possible to purchase a seat preference, an additional bag or special equipment by contacting aer lingus up to 4 hours before departure."

However, my avios eticket says "Baggage 20kgs per passenger" and when I put in the booking reference on aer lingus website it says: "No seat. 10kg bag dropped off at check-in. No checked bag (20kg or more)"

Can anyone confirm which it is?!? Slightly nervous about trusting the aer lingus website in case they just haven't updated it after changing their baggage rules...Also will I be able to check in on the aer lingus website even though I can't manage the booking on there?
