No surprises re: Singapore Airlines, they have been trading on past glory for years and the image of Singapore girl which is both sexist and outdated. Unless you are in Suites on the A380 almost everything else about them will be below the standards of decent competition - their three generations of business class seats are all awful and particularly on the A380, uncomfortable. SQ however do not welcome negative feedback because they know their products are perfect in every way!
