Had a fantastic stay at my favorite Hyatt in New York City! Used points and a suite upgrade award but when the Director of Operations learned that our son would be joining us at the last minute from Texas we were upgraded to a 2 bedrooms corner suite with a killer view of 5th Avenue and Bryant Park

The staff was amazing, room service breakfast was perfect, and so were the elegant bathrooms. So sad that we has to leave but will be returning in the spring.
