Yes, I was very glad Rona had made the move, but for her and the other "old guard" people from the T7 CCR, I could see that at least in the first couple of weeks (did not come since), it was not a very happy move and that the new management was not doing things in way which they felt worked well for them either, with disastrous shifts, etc. I think that unfortunately, without good management, it is a lot harder to get people who want to stay and get attached to regular passengers they see every few weeks.
