On leaving the CCR today having written a lot in this thread about what I don’t like about the lounge, I questioned why I keep aiming for GGL status - it is the majority of the staff in the CCR who greet you like a long lost family member! Other than Rona - that is what is missing for me from the Chelsea but hopefully that should come with time!
