Not 100% sure what you mean my lower level access of spa. Globalists can use the spa at Club on the Park, both the pool/gym level (higher floor) or the spa with hot tub/sauna/steam, Aesop amenities, etc. (lower floor) without charge. You'd still have to pay if you wanted actual spa services, of course.
thanks, just got here and I think I got confused on what the wording meant by lower level spa is charged on the site or pamphlet, I forget.
though I regretfully can share that the male whirlpool bath (hot bath) is out of order. No idea how long it’s gone or how long it’s been gone but was definitely confused when I entered and saw only a cold bath. Attendant wasn’t able to tell me how long it’ll be gone for. Female side is still working though.
Man if we didn’t have an extra night this would have ended a really disappointing stay. The “tiebreaker” over the Andaz when choosing our last 2 nights was the NY bar and nicer baths. NY bar was reservation only and fully booked today and baths was obviously not great
hopefully we can get into the NY bar tomorrow.
