Transpacificflyer Thanks for sharing. AC catering in all markets is still massively below the quality and selection it was just before COVID (where I felt it was actually on an upward trend). At this point there is really no excuse other than cost-cutting.

My only comment on the more ‘express’ meal service is that is now common on late departures for AC. They have always gone back and forth on that but I think for every one person who would want a full coursed-out service there are 2-3 who want it faster or no meal at all.

And I also have comparison to recently flying a 2300 departure flight on NH where in both J and F there was no full meal service. Just anytime options and the smaller pre-arrival service. So I wouldn’t necessarily call AC out here.
