Not 100% sure what you mean my lower level access of spa. Globalists can use the spa at Club on the Park, both the pool/gym level (higher floor) or the spa with hot tub/sauna/steam, Aesop amenities, etc. (lower floor) without charge. You'd still have to pay if you wanted actual spa services, of course.
