I can still book “the works” for free but it tries to charge me $59.99 plus $40 for the discount den, which expired yesterday. I sent a DM via twitter to Frontier customer service on 12/30/22 asking for my DD to be renewed since it expired on 12/31/22. No response. I booked a flight yesterday and supposedly bought the DD for $0, but when I try to test book a flight today it tries to charge full fare for DD (and like I said, $0 for the works from my expired 100k). Not sure what the status of my DD membership is. I did delete my saved credit card so I wouldn’t be charged for DD automatically.
