My understanding of protocol and speed enhancing features:
1. Log arrival info into MyICA app 2-3 days before.
2. Request stamped paper BP SIN-DPS in HKT.
3. Clear immigration & customs.
4. SkyTrain T2-T1, then walk to Jewel.
5. Same way back to T2 after visiting Jewel.
6. Scan BP at turnstile followed by security screening.
7. Proceed to gate.
Any FastTrack immigration/security for *G flying J?
Will SQ board a 787-10 50 min prior to departure?
If time allows, is SQ Business Lounge best in T2? I’m *G flying J.

T1/2/3 does security at the gate, there'll be a separate *G/J line (but it can still get crowded).
Unfortunately, sometimes Changi does on arrival security screening. As J, you shouldn't wait that long in line unless you're at the rear of J
Sometimes there are lines at immigration to enter Singapore, sometimes it's fine. You can see how long it is before heading down (immigration is on a lower floor but fully visible from the top) and can backtrack easily
When exiting Singapore, you can use the automated gates which is typically quick.
Alternatively, airside skytrain goes between T3 and T2 through Jewel (to see the waterfall but does not stop in jewel).
