I don't think what Brazil is doing is reprehensible. We've got a bad policy, so they're giving it right back to us. If the US wants to rob foreigners or treat them like convicted felons, why shouldn't other countries treat us the same?
As for Japan, they're hurtin'. It appears they have the misguided opinion that the nonsense we're engaging in make sense
There's no excuse for that.
