I had a week-long stay here in April 2022 and had a much better experience. Full suite as Globalist. They also gifted a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.

Some noise from the train below, but it didn't bother me much and is out of the hotel's control. A business colleague visited and commented that he thought the room was better than the Park Hyatt. I haven't stayed there so I don't know if that holds for others.

I enjoyed the breakfast and had no issues with service, but I don't think the hotel was nearly as busy during my stay. The pool was nice. Location is slightly out of the way, but I don't mind walking 10 minutes to get to places I want to be.
