Hi all,
I am relatively inexperienced in the VS world, so excuse me if I'm doing something stupid, or misunderstood something... I thought the Virgin Atlantic website would let me book KLM / Air France flights. However, whenever I do any search for routes and flights that I know exist via these carriers, such as (CDG -> SIN, AMS -> SIN, LON -> SIN) I get the following message:
Sorry, no flights are available for that search, some flights don't operate every day. Try selecting flexible dates to see more availability.#101758R
Surely these searches should give me options for KML / AF flights? Even flights like CDG->AMS come up with this message. In fact, the only flights that I've got to show options on KLM have been things like AMS - > LON!
Have I completely misunderstood, and actually VS does not let you book KLM/AF flights?
FYI, I was originally looking to use Virgin points to take a flight to Singapore (which would require on of these carriers). When I could find nothing, I changed to a money-only search, and then realised nothing seems to be bookable. (I'm going based on info in the HfP article here, but it may be out of date?

Thank you in advance for any constructive help!
