At the moment it only seems to be the BA App 'front page' for that flight that says it's cancelled. I can still follow the 'choose seats' link and my seats, change things for that flight in MMB and even make a dummy booking on that flight. Although TBH, I often find that the BA App informs me of changes hours after they have happened (not helpful for gate/departure information!), it may be an App glitch.
