Just a heads up concerning a fare class that Fiji Airways uses on their USA to Australia routes. Fiji Airways recently updated their website making it very difficult (if not impossible) to find out what fare class a ticket is in. Whilst this is not all that unusual nowadays, it is frustrating if prior to the change the airline always did so. That said, FJ now pulls most of their cheap economy class fares from the "P" bucket - meaning ZERO AS miles. This is in stark contrast to the mostly 50% and sometimes 100% earning classes on discounted economy tickets that was once the "norm".

To determine the fare class, I now go to Expedia as that site still lists the fare class.

I mention this because FJ was the only airline that offered 100% RDM on their discount economy tickets (other than AS and perhaps Condor). Plus, AS has a double miles promo that is still in effect and I would hate for someone to expect miles and then recieve double Zero miles.
