Ah, makes sense. I have not heard yet of Diamonds or Platinums being upgraded to suites at Swissotel as complimentary upgrade at time of check-in. Unlike at Hilton and Telegraaf...

I was hoping they had changed their upgrade policy if you had a suite, but unfortunately that's not the case.
