When the Malaysia Business Suite first came about it was actually bookable as a regular Business seat in the forward cabin. They eventually re-branded, and now charge more for it. For me it certainly isn’t worth the extra price, maybe not even avios.

I think you’ll be lucky to get any F availability heading East throughout the year with BA. You can look at MLE - but with any BA routes you’ll need to be phoning on the day the seats are released.
