Hi guys, I'll be staying here as my first luxury booking with my mom and am very excited! Had some quick noob questions that was hoping you guys could help clarify.

1. I saw turndown service being mentioned, what exactly is this? I saw it being described as them refilling the waters in the room and the nespresso cups. Is this essentially it or is there something else to it I am missing?

2. For the tea and happy hour in the executive lounge (not sure if I'll even have access as a gold?). Is this complimentary or something that will be billed to my room?

3. I booked this through amex FHR, which includes a room upgrade. However, I am also a hilton gold member, which can also get you upgraded? Is it possible to get 2 upgrades (probably not, but figured i'd ask )
