The lack of breakfast is another irritating thing which has kept me away from Swissotel in the past, knowing that I have free breakfast at Hilton or Telegraaf.
I used Suite Upgrade voucher at the booking, which had 31.12 expire date. That was the reason why I chosed to stay there. Room rate was 112,50 euros per night, booked around one week before the stay. I am ALL Platinum not Diamond.
