I'm not sure when are you planing your trip but QR changes it planes every week so you won't know what seats you get until you are actually on the plane. There are some route exceptions but those are the minority.
I think you just need to call BA if you want to ticketed as BA or QR if you want to book it with them. Online usually a hit and miss with multi carrier redemptions.
