Another vote for Hyatt Ziva Cancun. We went in July (read: humid!) and still had a great time. Two adults, no kids, and I don’t drink that much personally. Great redemption of points—25k per night for standard room and includes all inclusive meals for 2. Customer service is excellent with a wide variety of dining options, pools, and nighttime entertainment shows. Kayaks can be rented for free and you can make a day trip to Isla Mujeres if you want. The property is large enough where it didn’t feel overrun even though we went during a school holiday break. There are large Facebook groups for both Hyatt Ziva and Zilara (adults only) Cancun.
