Not in the A320 there isn't! We took row 10 (first exit row of two) and found the increase in legroom almost unnoticeable. What was obvious was that the seat was firmly fixed and didn't even seem to have the natural give that you get without reclining. We found it very uncomfortable. Still you live and learn.....
