As with any review, there is an element of subjectivity to yours. (I, for one, love the muesli.) But I do think you touch on some very legitimate concerns. For example, the lack of Thai-speaking flight attendants is egregious on a route like that. The lack of Thai food options is ridiculous. And then there is the familiar critique about disengaged flight attendants who are happy to draw a salary but not happy to provide excellent service. It seems like this route may be declared a failure, especially since they have already shortened the window in which they will offer it. That is probably no great surprise when the competition offers a superior product. I will be interested to see if they try to resurrect it next year.
