ANA Crown Plaza showing availability January 2 for 16,490 yen including taxes. Almost as nice as the NRT Hilton IMO. Email the hotel to see if their restaurant is open and shuttle options. Or There is probably a 7/11 or similar at NRT where you can pick up a sandwich after landing. Also you'll save around $50 RT bus to HRT by staying at NRT hotel.
OneWorld Emerald you should have access to JAL first class lounge which has a lovely breakfast with table service.
