I thought that they are sold by bottle at lunch and dinner as there are such items on the menu. Good to know that water is complimentary (even when I am not on half/full board).

Do they stick to the schedule as posted in their documents? Actually we have some plans on how the activities are spaced out during out stay. If the schedule changes a lot, it may be a hassle.
