One thing to consider is booking through Hyatt will get you the Hyatt / SLH benefits, i.e. free breakfast, one category upgrade and 2pm check out on availability. I have decided to finally go for Hyatt Globalist next year and booking this hotel through Hyatt seems like a decent deal for those without status, so will probably spend a few nights here next time I’m in Bangkok. I suspect this place is nicer than the Park Hyatt if you don’t care about Globalist benefits but Park Hyatt is one of the Bangkok luxury hotels I haven’t tried yet.
Booking direct with the hotel will probably result in a better upgrade if you have GHA Titanium, but you might have to pay for breakfast as well as missing out on night credits.
