Totally depends on the availability I have to say. If you want to secure everything in advance, take the listed price in their website for reference. For instance, if OW villa is $1000 and beach villa is $700, the diff $300 would be good baseline and you can start from $200.
Better deal may be achieved after your arrival, you can express your interest for upgrading, if the price are too high just propose a price acceptable to you.

Right, buffet bar is open for free and sparking wine.

Drinkable water are bottled by themself on the island so ask as much as you want. They are complimentary. They also offer sparking water.

No, but I asked the Blue Journey staff, it should not be hard. Ask them in advance, those guys really helpful.

You are right. However, the hotel told me flight from GKK-MLE can only be confirm 1 day before your departure and that is flight company’s policy. My suggestion is to express your willingness to leave as late as possible to your host right after your arrival and check with them regularly.
