I still don't know if I'm on the DNR list, but today I got an e-mail from Budget laying out there new security/terms of service, etc. for the new year. So I'm thinking, "why would they send that to someone on the DNR list"?

But in my search for this thread to follow up, I scanned past at least half a dozen MORE threads about their shady fuel practices, and I thought, why in the world would I (or anyone) EVER want to rent from them?

For almost a year I have considered them dead (even though when I search on Costco they are still so much lower than anyone)....but for a lower price, are they worth the aggravation?

Nope, not to me.

Now when and if all the others also do me wrong, then, well, we'll see.
