I had an awful stay at Ritz Carlton Santiago. During my stay, the ceiling light almost fell off and I have to switch room. The floor is not soundproof at all. In the morning I could hear the luggage rolling sounds from upstairs. I'd recommend to stay somewhere else, maybe the W.
