Google maps will literally tell you exactly this (public transit from whatever secret location you are starting from) if you ask it...except sadly it does not have a "avoid the endless muggers, thieves, murderers, ne'er do wells" button, so you are on your own braving the Kabul-esque risks to get to the hotel.
