Do you have a data point to report back? When did your 2 nights post to your account in the end?
My statement date was Dec 28, the Hyatt points issued and posted into my online account activity, but NOT my 2 EQNs as expected.
Both Chase & Hyatt CS were unhelpful in looking into this further; they kept telling me to call the other counterparty.
Looks like my only choice at this point is to overload my card with another 5K worth of expenses and see what happens in the Jan 2023 statement activity.
My statement closing date was 12/25 but because of the holiday weekend Chase didn’t issue the statement until 12/26. Points posted in clumps to WoH throughout that day, but it wasn’t until 9:15 pm PST that my final 2 nights credited to my account.
