What I saw: 2017 on Rangali: 5pm to 6pm, then 50% happy hour at the bar, then dining => perfect, 2020 WA: 4pm to 5pm then 2 hours break, 2021 Conrad: 4-5PM, 2023 Hilton: 3-4pm.
Saii Lagoon is still 5 to 6pm (but only a limited range of standard drinks and cocktails, however)!
