I had the same on LYS-CDG leg yesterday (flying to Paris from AMS via LYS on an unbeatable price and the stopover allowed me to see Lyon). No business class section. I kept my seat at 5F (the AF flight would have been an A319, Smartlynx is A320), middle seat free (I am plat and noted if they can, they organise this). Leg room similar to what I experience in AF Airbuses. Reclining of seat broken. Catering AF level with AF stuff. Announcements in French and English by what seemed to me a native speaker or at least someone who masters the language well. My take - you will find an old plane, no business class, but service at AF level from AF catering stock.
