A lot of the older guys here speak very badly about the Chinooks- they seem to have a poor reputation offshore, possibly linked to the crash mentioned above.

Now its all Super Pumas out of Aberdeen, although S61s are used in the Southern North Sea (or were, one went down last year and I don't know if they're back in service).
