Are you using the new 241 vouchers? The availability of Club seats is so good with these that I just book online as there’s usually a ton of seats. I booked NCL-LHR-CPT-LHR-NCL for peak dates in Dec 2023 a few days ago - the seats were available in Club on the first dates I searched and I booked them online.
