I’ve had no issue with the hotel taking care of any request or preference once reaching out
They were good to me.But after 25 years a good handful of the hospitality team know me from other area hotels and really try to please and go the Xtra mile.
it is a hotel that one needs to reach out to in advance as it’s an old meets new and very busy property which can lead to a somewhat quirky room allocation
