I posted this in another thread. In fairness the DL flights were priced right and the times better plus all are nonstop.

If people start cancelling fares will come down so they will notice. I'm not sure a small forum like this will make a difference, seems like a job for Redit


I cancelled all of our Southwest flights for March and April from MSP to RSW and TPA as well as a LAS/MSP for June.

I was able to get better nonstop ( vs a connection on WN in April and June) flights on Delta for less miles/points (30,500 DL mile per person R/T in Main cabin so I can pick seats) than WN.

Now we do have companion pass coming in the next few weeks so overall WN would have been cheaper ( for 2) but DL is nonstop and I figured why not make a statement to WN that we are not happy.

MAYBE if more cancel/ never book WN will get their act together or at the very least lower prices.

Holding back WGA fares is also BS.
