Thanks both. I am actually trying to book the outward flight and have each time been told we can’t help when calling the US. Last night, it was definitely an Indian call centre who gave me a UK number for BA and was adamant that the office were taking calls due to how busy they are. She gave me a number which no longer connects and then of course when I called the US again, I couldn’t get through.
