Given the WN debacle this week I have now doubled up and booked backup DL flights for my family of 5 for all 2023 WN/UA/AA flights using fully refundable SM. If everyone starts to do this flights will be sold out on paper with huge no shows or last minute cancellations. With no change fees airlines will become like the car rental companies.
